Out of all the things I have tried in Indonesia this is the bizarrest food. I headed to the North Western part of Jakarta Jalan Raya Mangga Besar to try one of the deadliest snakes the "Cobra". Many locals and tourists come to this part of town to try street food but also to try cobra. You can find many cobra street stalls and just as little as $8 you can try cobra blood shots and snake satay. Also to get you hyped up before consuming the cobra there is live music and the vendor puts on quit the show taming the cobras and King Cobra before consuming it. It makes the experience more exciting and thrilling. Make sure if you come to try it bring a friend that is brave enough for support. Because at any given moment you might want out... If you come to Indonesia or live in Indonesia and never tried cobra before make sure you put it on your top foods to try. You won't regret it :)
