It's opening day #1 of our 18-Country 2018 Summer Tour and for this food challenge I'm at Elly May Dining in Weidman, Michigan. I will take on their massive Paul Bunyan Ultimate Pancake Breakfast Food Challenge and try to finish everything within the 1 hour time limit. The 16" pancake, eggs, bacon, and sausages were delicious!! Big thanks to everyone who came up that day to watch and meet me!! We appreciate all our friends around the state of Michigan!!

Elly May Dining’s Paul Bunyan Breakfast Challenge ($17):
– The challenge includes a 16″ buttermilk pancake, 1 lb of bacon, 1 lb of sausage, and 6 eggs.
– There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything on your plate.
– Winners receive their breakfast free and a spot on the restaurant’s Wall of Fame.
