My Nasi Goreng Recipe:
The Ingredients are:
1 breast chicken
Ham - 150 grams
eggs - 2
rice - 1/4 kilo
cumin powder - 1tbsp
cilantro powder - 1 tbsp
onion - 1
garlic - 3 cloves
Indonesian Sweet Ketjap Manis - 3 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE:

1 First cook the rice. On how to cook the rice please follow the procedure on the package. Keep refrigerated for atleast 2 hours.
2. In a pan fry the eggs.
3. Cut the eggs into small pieces. Set aside.
4. Saute the onions and garlic.
5. Add the chicken and mix!
6. Cover and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
7. Add the ham and eggs and mix it together.
8. Add the cilantro powder and cumin powder. Mix it well. Cover for 2 to 3 minutes .
9. At this point of time set the fire on low. Slowly add the rice and mix it well.
10. Lastly add the Ketjap manis and mix until it's cooked.
