Trattoria at St.Moritz

This restaurant is located kind of outside of the mall, we need to get out of the building and enter the place with a separate door.

The interior is very nice, modern and cozy. The yellowish lightning gives the place some needed comfort.

The food we tried were:

Risotto with black ink squid idr 88k

Lacking in seasoning and a bit undercooked for my taste, but the squid was juicy and tender, and the sauce has great aroma to it.

Parppadelle Verdi with Parma Ham idr 86k

Love the spinach and the hams! The pasta itself has pretty good aroma to it, and love how the sauce wasn't too overdone.

Filleto di Cognac idr 205k

The best was this nicely grilled steak, with some baby potatoes and sweet beet puree. Served with bacon wrapped asparagus to make it nice. The sauce is rich and creamy. We recommend to get the beef a bit medium well for nicer texture.

The drinks were good too, but not cheap for sure, tanged around idr50k. My personal favourite was the berry smooth. Very nice and light.

This place is recommended when you want some pretty solid pizzas, pastas, and rice dishes, with a very solid location and ambience.
